Have a RUSH group and need a Credit Profile quick? Having trouble obtaining credit references on a group? Our customer support team will research our database for any recent credit history. If we have information, a Credit Profile will be sent to your hotel in about an hour (during business hours). The charge is still the normal rate! If no recent history is available, someone will contact your hotel and there will be no charge. We recommend if no recent history is available, obtain credit references ASAP and submit a credit application to Hotel Credit Association for verification.
