Hotel Credit Association only requires our members to fill out one additional form when submitting a credit application whether by email or fax. That is our standard HCA coversheet. We research hundreds of credit applications a day and we would have our hands full without a standard form to separate the credit applications. We ask that you fill out the date, number of pages you are sending and the name of the group(s) you would like a credit check performed on. All other important information regarding your account is already printed on the coversheet. If you need a coversheet, please provide us the information and our customer support team will send you a coversheet right away. Thank you.
